DC's can adjust more than only the spine. And some are much more skilled than others, but we all see that with many treatment providers.
If the nerve is pinched at any joint it might be part of the pain, depending on where your PN is located.

If anyone says they can fix anything in a single session, I'd be very sceptical. That applies to PT ,DC & MD etc..
