Yeah, she'll probably continue to get savvier... and will sometimes get ahead of you, lol.
Our cat weighed ~8/9 pounds when she was healthy.
Sunbathing is a good sign, I think. When they feel very unwell, they tend to want to hide. Enjoy her as much as you can.
