Cool Smirk

Hi JJIII,
I was hit suddenly with double vision while driving in 2013. MRI shows a large, jagged lesion through the occipital region of my brain (and rest of brain looks like shotgun blast pattern of smaller white matter lesions). Neuro could not/would not tell me if this was caused by a stroke, TIA or something else. In '08 I had a heart attack, and in '14 I became Brady Hypotensive while undergoing heart tests.

It concerns me greatly that I am going to suffer another 'event' and lose more function. It IS scary when you are dealing with heart and brain matters. You are following the right protocols, seeing the right Specialists and having a battery of tests, although statins are a touchy subject. Do you have high cholesterol levels?

Sleep study is a very good idea, not only for your stated reason, but also for the potential of new research that finds possible links between snoring and early onset Dementia.

Try not to worry too much about possible future issues, it will distract you from fully enjoying your family NOW.

Dave.
