I think the fact that these episodes happen when you are fatigued is telling. I think your brain shuts down it's higher decision making and runs on lower learnt behaviour. I think if you can realise when you are becoming tired and rest you should be OK. That's just my take on it.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
