(I jog/walked a 5k= 3.2 miles in 41 minutes!
(I did interval training again this time jogging 5mph for 3min15 sec, then walking 3.5mph for 45 sec.
At the end I jogged 6 min straight at 5mph.
I am getting stronger it was not as hard and I did not sweat as much. total 4.7 miles in 60 minutes.

if I can keep up that pace then I would jog the 10k at 82 minutes, I did it last year in 91 minutes)

I started to jog/walk march 9th that is 6 weeks ago.
But it is only april and I have a long time to train for this race in November. So I know that my time will be better than this!
