Mark, I have wondered about fish oil, too -- my son (with PCS) used to take them, pre-concussion, but stopped because he read that they were found to increase the risk of prostate cancer.

I wonder whether, in a highly symptomatic PCS situation, it's worth taking them for a limited period of time?
