It doesn't matter if it will be a 'few' minutes, it doesn't. It is the LAW that you do not park in a handicapped offload zone if you do not have any legal documents that say you can. Why can't some people get that through their heads? Even before I got any hint of M dot S, when I was fine and a strong, young buck....I still never ever parked in a handicapped zone. My parents tought me that rule very well and to have respect for people that aren't as able. I don't care if you're the only one in the parking lot and you decided to park in a zone....you don't do that!
I remember helping my mom with my grandma whom had a massive stroke. Finding a space to park big enough to offload her 'stuff' support equipment and big wheelchair....was a hassle every time. THAT is why when I saw this jerk with the bike park right in the middle of the offload zone....I flicked a pick and got really mad....I wanted to get out and reem him a new one, teach him a lesson, but I didn't. Those ignorant morons have no idea how hard it is when you have a disabled person on board, trying to offload. Those spaces matter and I don't care if no handicappped person parks there for a year....you DON'T park THERE if you aren't legally allowed!
Basically I'm going to upload the pic to some site that ridicules morons that do these things. If any such site exsist, please advise. I'd show it to police, but I don't think they'd do anything....would they?
I'm seeing more of this crap these days than ever.... it's unbelievable.
