I believe that the fish oil study is the one referred to here: http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/diet...711-2pt23.html

I haven't kept up on this so don't know if the study has been critiqued, but quite often things that are 'good for you' in some respects have been shown to have a down-side, especially long-term and in particular quantities.
