Lyme doesn't cause the antibodies that a blood test for MG looks for. Lyme doesn't causes a positive SFEMG. I've never heard of the symptoms of Lyme responding to Mestinon or Tensilon. Also, I know that Lyme symptoms can vary greatly (and so can MG symptoms), but there are MG symptoms that don't appear on the Lyme list, and Lyme symptoms that don't appear on the MG list.

I am responding to Cellcept and Mestinon. Blood tests have proven positive for MG. No Lyme.Thank you one and all for your responses.(Also took 80 mg daily of Prednisone for 3 months, have been battling to come off same for about 7 months now). Thing is I could not of reached my present day type of life without the drugs.
