I second Mrs. D on lidocaine for scar sensitivity. There are compounded Topicals as well. I just got a new one of ketoprofen, ketamine and gabapentin that I am really happy with. Also topical capsaicin defunctionalizes the surface nerves of the skin so they fire less...
