That is extremely unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear you've gone so long without relief. Do you have any other symptoms besides headaches? Your signature mentions cognitive deficits.

Do you work? How have you managed working and headaches? Also, what treatments have you tried so far?

Exercise increases my chance and I beleive it has something to do with blood flow\pressure issues,
