I had my accident Apr/2014 and about late Feb this year I thought I was on he upswing of things, not feeling like I had to take a nap at 10 in the morning. Well, I think I overdue it hen I felt exceptionally well rested and stayed up till 2am. Then not resting the next day. Wrong.
I caught a slight cold the next day then felt absolutely worn down mentally and physically for the next 3 days. Memory was really bad, foggy and so forth. It was the absolute worst week I ever had since my accident. Now I have to keep reminding myself to PACE myself. Now I'm still trying to get to where I was in February. VERY FRUSTRATED but keep telling myself that things could ALWAYS be worse. PACE yourself, don't drive yourself too hard. (Easier said than done
