my foot either feels like it is frozen or on fire, but no visible skin, nail, or hair changes. And its some kind of new brace, i know its made of plastic. My ankle joint was very loose, and it felt like it was popping out of place, so they put it in to stop that from happening. It limits my range of motion but only a little bit.
