I've had a rough patch double the size of the dead zone in the Pacific of late, but as Beatle says, you have to press on.
I've spent more time uncomfortable in a chair, ottoman engaged & still no lessening of symptoms. I did reduce my meds, as I felt they were aiding my fatigue. Early results suggest that Lyrica was stellar in the numbing department. The issue is I was pounding on the poor, strained legs.
My fatigue is only slightly lessened. The upside/trade off for me is increased mental acuity. Lyrica was bunny foofooing me but good. Yes, I am in more pain. Quid Pro Quo.
I do still take tramadol, currently daily.
What hobbies do you have canagirl? I find reading and writing to be useful half the time. The rest of the time... yeah, well.
Good luck
Jon
