Jesme is certainly right about how vicious even the slightest bug can be--it can feel like it is setting you back weeks! I had the same thing Jesme and it was horrible; I'm sorry you have to go thru it.

It's kind of weird to say but the depression that accompanies PCS for so many of us I'm realizing may be a good thing to a point. It forces you to rest and heal.

Now that my doc has me on the right meds and my energy is back, I am having to relearn how to listen to my body and stop and rest. It's not easy.

One sign I've noticed for me seems to be my eyes. When I start to get more sensitive to light (than I already am) and begin squinting then I need to know to stop.
