Do you mean to say you are shaking or bumping your head before these head aches ?

I live with head aches on and off so I do not get concerned about them. I have been dealing with a general head ache plus the occasional stabbing pain of vaso spasm head aches since about 6:00 yesterday evening.

I also get 'mud head aches' where it feels like my head is packed tight with mud and my thinking is labored.
