also have a Bijon Frise who is a bit annoying. Her name is Spunky [Spunkalina Bella Lilyfrill because she is pedigreed], which I know is an awfully rude name in England but in the U.S. it is innocuous and just means sprightly, OK?!
Thank you for telling me that eventually she WILL get housetrained, perhaps in only 3 more years. She has stunk up the whole house.
She is really a very bad doggie in every respect - not housetrained, disobedient, wilful, mischievous, begs for food at the table, snatches socks then chews them, yaps at squirrels she sees through the window - ARGH. Naturally I love her dearly. She keeps me warm at night in my bed. She always trots around after me, making me feel wanted when my despicable teenage children rudely bellow at me.
Spunky is my first ever pet and I am glad I took the plunge [she is the worst dog in the world and I love her wildly]
