If cbd oil works better if made from the plant, then why don't all manufacturers do that and just take out the troublesome THC?

Hey there,
Typing in low THC, high CBD Cannabis into Google gives results leading to articles like this:

The Stanley brothers, and many others, are cross-breeding cannabis strains to achieve the desired results. Charlotte's Web looks fascinating.
THC has, despite the 'high' side effect, always been held responsible for the pain relieving properties, only now is this amazing plant being fully dissected.
Please note, I am an outsider stuck in England. While I support MMJ and all of the offshoots they are closed to me. I do take pleasure reading here of Member's triumphs.
