Roller coaster,

What kind of farm tool were you hit with? I have a crop dusting place in Ca. Haven't flown for 13 months now.

I am getting better though....handling the everyday without completely stressing out for the most part and sleeping better. 5 hours now usually.

I still need to take breaks to rest my mind like today....pretty windy and a lot of work so a bunch of stuff was delayed to tomorrow. Used to be no problem, this year I needed to unwind for a few.
