You don't say what diagnostics you have undergone so I'll just take some general shots...
Only diagnostics I've gone through is to talk to my pcp and a neurologist both said I've suffered a bad concussion and the neurologist says it's a TBI .. that was last Friday

Could it be brought on by the TBI, even on my worst mornings before the fall I wouldn't be this bad...

I'll make sure to check blood sugar in the morning
