Default Disorientation/Confusion/Fog/Depersonalization in Dark lit atmospheres

I'm 14 months PCS and I'm really struggling with dark settings. Whether it be a walk in the dark or being in a restaurant/bar that is dark lit setting during the day (example 2pm).

I'm fine in all settings that are well lit and bring however dark settings create a feeling of depersonalization/confusion and disorientation. Very cloudy/foggy feeling.

I'm wondering if this could be tied to damage in the inner ear? I suffered a MTBI last March (2014) and have other lingering symptoms such as Tinnitus and ocassional insomnia.

Thanks for help. I really need it to feel better in places that are not bright.
