Hi,
I think taking a B6 separately is fine, but if you do so I suggest you make it a coated p-5-p type, as our mrsd taught us over recent years, and make sure your B complex isn't extremely high in Pyridoxine Hcl form of B6
I also would take a B complex.
And taking the methylcobalamin separately will allow you to get the most out of it.
And I think one of the best things a person can do is to take an excellent fish-oil.
