I understand that there are more than a dozen CBD related components. Charlotte's Web is commonly used for seizures but is used for a much wider range of neurological conditions. The research I have read says that THC's pain reducing function is enhanced by CBD so that small amounts of THC can help with pain when the CBD levels are adequate.
But, this thread is not about the need to control pain. THC is know to be anxiety inducing. Anxiety is counter to recovery from PCS. CBD reduces this anxiety.
