Thanks for your replies.

No, I don't get the whooshing sound in my ears, just ringing. And yes, I do have the tight neck and muscle spasms. My chiro. is working on them, but I guess it takes time for those to heal? I also get neck massages.

My BP reading have always been at the doctor sitting down, I don't take them myself. I've seen them dip in the low 80s for the top number and the low 60s for the bottom number. My doctor does not seemed to be concerned or maybe not even notice.

Persisting Problems:
fatigue, dizziness, lightheadedness, vestibular balance and vision problems, vision static, tinnitus, hearing loss, slight sensitivity to noise, sometimes the insomnia comes back, sensitivity to stress, exercise intolerance, emotional problems - But I still have much to be thankful for.
