I know exactly what you mean!! I don't remember what I used to feel like and don't have a clue if I am normal now or not but I don't think so.

I was an active person....gym, water and snow ski, pilot for work and can't chase my grandkids around like I used to. Now, none of the above but I don't know if I am just stuck in a rut or don't feel good. Weird place to be!

I can tell I am improving, just not fast. I am handling work now which I was very concerned about. This time of year is 15 hour days and a lot of driving and organization in our crop dusting business. I am aware I am not my normal self but I am doing it and that is what counts.
