Hi Martin,

First, I can tell you that's exactly how I feel in normal settings, everyday life. Those are pretty much my symptoms.

Now let me get get on to your issue. light can bother us in different ways. I myself, had extremely bad sensitivity where if I went from a light room to a dark room Fast then I would see stars and get dizzy. This could be the same situation with you, however you get other symptoms.

Have you done this before? Being in a room with light then going to one that has none? Could be the reason why you are feeling this way.
