old timer, written at least 2 books on pd, initially talks about pd in general and history of L-DOPA, gets to the meat and potatoes around 17minutes into video.
also discusses agonists and azilect.
obviously he's a fan of l-dopa and obviously not being paid by a drug company
not a fan of CR, it works but too variable for many, must take with food, he doesn't state exactly what but has to be low in protein, in Q&A mentioned toast without butter or marg.,crackers, 1/2 banana, fruit - (flour is 10% protein?) good drug if you can get a predicatable response.
major point made is people who are undermedicated progress faster than those that aren't, implication is undermedicated people don't exercise enough.

dose up in 1/2 increments, no benefit over 3tablets.
