From what I read recently, unless you have a bleed that shows on the CT Scan, the only imaging that reliably relates to cognitive issues is a DTI MRI. That is a Diffusion Tensor Imaging MRI.
What kind of trauma did you suffer ?
btw, Research also shows that the minor bleeds common to minimal symptom concussions become most imageable at about 72 hours post injury. By minimal symptom concussion, they mean when you do not have obvious neurological symptoms, muscle weakness, sustained speech dysfunction, extreme head ache, etc.
A CT Scan still has value at ruling out a bleed that could get worse.
From what you said, it sounds like it may have been more like a seizure like episode.
