There can be muscle issues, since calcium is needed for muscle contraction, and magnesium for relaxation. Both of these minerals are enhanced absorption with Vit D.
Low D. is thought to impair the immune system, so more frequent infections may occur when low. There are suggestions too about proper D levels discouraging cancer development (definite proof is still lacking on this one).
If you tested low, you should take it to normalize your levels.

That is what I thought, and as I said I have none of these symptoms. It seems that I have Vit D deficiency, with ZERO symptoms, and lots of symptoms of something else?
