It is hard to describe better than that. If any of you get this, what do you do for it?
I get this exact same symptom in my right arm. I have left frontal lobe seizures and am on Levetiracetam but that has not stopped this arm pain. My neurologist has recommended an EMG to see if this is caused by nerve damage, since my EGG and MRI'S have all been clear. I will be having an EMG at the end of the month. If you have not had an EMG perhaps you may want to have one.
I also suffer from migraines and anxiety. I'm not sure if you experience either TV of those issues, but I wonder if those trigger the bolts of energy surging through my arm?
If I find out anything from the EMG I will let you know.
I am so sorry for you becauseu I know hoe painful and disruptive this is to everyday life.
