I had an extreme attack that put me in the ER about 7 yrs ago, major issue going on in family....they gave me lorazepam and I took 1/2mg for some time...got off it NOW and keep it handy, but Gaba and Inositol keep me centered and pretty calm. I take higher dosing of magnesium thru the day too. C
