i am so depressed today. it is my birthday. i thought everyone forgot but my friend stella took me out to brunch and having dinner with alice and on monday with cecilia and later in the week lunch with kathy and sandro. i even heard from my sister and she sent pictures of all the grandchildren. I can't stand being bipolar and having this awful anxiety and depression. when i meet alice i will try to ask her a lot of questions and hide my mood. i just feel like crying.
