I haven't had a drink in a few months and it's hard. I've still been going out on weekends but i'm the only sober one there. Everyone always asks why i'm not drinking to which I respond, "Just taking a break" and they look at me weird. Does anyone know how negatively weekend drinking can affect the nerves? Can I just pop some extra b-vitamins that day? Weeekend drinking meaning one night a week of getting a good buzz, but not the point of throwing up. I mainly drink vodka or scotch.
