I know that OPC's address Edema. I'm headed into my 20th year of taking Pycnogenol first in the beginning year and then finding grape seed extract just as effective and less money. I've had 2 bouts of edema, one from BP med and the other after hip replacement surgery and upping my grape seed extract for a while knocked out the edema.
