This blend of bovine tissue, including adrenal which would have nerves in it)...is concerning...if anyone is worried about Prion disease transmission. the proprietary blend does not tell you how much of each nutrient is in each capsule...I tend to not like this type of product as there is no guarantee you are getting anything consistently in it. So this is up to $40.00 a bottle for very little.

Manganese is very plentiful in most veggies. People doing vegan or mostly high vegetable intake, would be getting alot of manganese that way.

One thing tendons need is silica. This is found in vegetables also, like green beans. Bananas are high too. Most whole grains.

One thing we do NOT need is fluoroquinolone drugs which somehow damage the metabolism of tendons and lead to ruptures. It has been years now, that these drugs are damaging people, and still we have no explanation as to how the tendons are rupturing and if there is any way to prevent it.
