Thanks very much, MrsD. I do eat a ton of veggies most days, and having just checked the foods highest in magnesium, I should be ok.
I've asked three orthopedists if there's anything I can take or do to support my tendons, and they've all just shook their heads.
I was doing some reading on a bodybuilding site where some guys were extolling the virtues of a product called Super Cissus for tendon healing. Have you heard of cissus, MrsD?
