By all means stop the compound and see if that helps after a few days. Something you said in another post triggered a thought process for me. You said you are on Domperidone, which made me think dopamine and involuntary movements. Twitching, nervousness and involuntary movements are all side effects of Domperidone. How long have you been on it? Isn't there something else the can give you instead? There are other drugs that address GI stuff if that is why you take it.
