Default Daniella,

You may find that you have to find a pain clinic. A place that specializes in nothing but pain. And since you seem to be so sensitive, you may have to start your medicine at a low dose and titrate slower than you did before. Increasing in tiny steps. I have always been extremely sensitive to medications and don't react the way people normally do. Some of it is directly related to Sjogren's and the lack of moisture in my system. As a result when we finally found something I could tolerate (Lyrica), it has to be increased in 25 mg steps. I'm currently at 75 mg in the morning, 150 at lunch and 150 at bedtime. While it by no means gives me a normal life, at least I am able to sleep most of the time.

Please try to find a specialist in pain meds, preferrably someone who can treat neuropathic pain.
