Is there any way Thompson's office can help you navigate this? I expect you're not the first TOS patient to have this problem.

I don't know much about WC, but perhaps you can pay out-of-pocket for Thompson's initial physical exam and then use that documentation to get WC support for further TOS evaluation/testing/treatment ??
