You know, I've been thinking.... if you drink TOO MUCH water, you dilute out your electrolytes and get low in sodium.
This is called hyponatremia.

There are several kinds of this, but muscle cramping is one sign.

It is not common, and sometimes is due to medications, but over indulgence of water, may cause it too.
