Hi VintageWine,

Have you tried many compounded Topicals or lidocaine? I use a ketoprofen, ketamine, gabapentin cream that I like. I also use lidocaine cream sometimes. Some people like the patches.

I have read that allodynia can be a sign of centralization. The NMDA antagonists address that. So ketamine or Dextromethorphan if you want to try OTC cough syrup first. I have tried dextromethorphan and it does help some.
