Yes, an oral surgeon. However, it would be best if the surgeon who did the extractions spoke with the local surgeon to inform him of the intricacies of the surgery that he did and what his findings were because every surgeon has their own way of doing things. So to be fair with the local guy and so that he doesn't have to make any assumptions, he should be informed before he sees you.
