Default Horner's Syndrome?

Hey there. I am still waiting for my appt to chat about latest results re: arterial TOS and am wondering if there is any connection to some eye symptoms I have been having. My pupils are frequently different sizes and my left eye sometimes feels very heavy-lidded, like I can't open it all the way. I most often notice both symptoms after waking, or after having rested for a time in bed in the evening. I associate it with side lying on my most-affected TOS side (left). Is this worth mentioning to my GP?

I had a brain and neck MRI in the fall (normal, except for incidental finding of degenerative disc disease) and visual evoked potentials (normal). Also mentioned this to optometrist last summer who could not find anything abnormal. Although, I feel like it is positional - not sure if that's possible or if I've lost my marbles.

Thanks for any help!
Sally
