oh, i forgot to tell you that having tests gives you more information.
it may take some investigating but hopefully some tests will yield answers.
don't be afraid of the answers. information gives you control.
if you do find something out, even tho it's scary, you'll be able to deal with it.
it's the not knowing that's scary.
