Question Not sure what to do?

Hello all! New here, and and having symptoms that I'm not sure my neuro is really grasping. Here goes. For two months now, I have been have left sided numbing, and slight weakness, from my head to my feet, that lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a couple minutes. There is very slight tingling with this. The best I can describe it is like just starting to have novocaine wear off after a dentist visit, where you think you can start to feel something, and you think you feel a little bit of tingling, but really not sure. This happens anywhere from once a day to multiple times a day. Sometimes it comes on in waves, where it comes a little, leaves, comes on a little more, leaves, but not completely, comes on a little more, leaves, but not as much, etc. Then starts decreasing the same way, but opposite. Last week, along with these episodes, I had three jerking episodes, just on my left side. Random jerking, no rhythm to it, just random, lasting from 2 minutes to 10 minutes. I've had no more of the jerking episodes since last Tuesday.
I've had two brain CT scans, brain MRI w/o contrast using a T5 machine, EEG, and waiting for scheduling of an in home VEEG. So far, nothing has come back showing strokes, TIA, or MS, although afterwards when I asked for an MRI of my spine and brain with contrast, the neuro said they never thought I had MS, as my symptoms were never consistent with that.
They are wondering about seizures or migraines, and right now have me on 50 MG of Topamax, but don't want me taking any more until after the VEEG, as I am still having breakthrough symptoms, and they want to catch them.
Is there something else I should be asking for? Something I'm missing? Some other condition I should be researching that I haven't thought of?
Thanks for any and all help. I hope I've been thorough enough for some to help
