I just don't understand your post. I don't understand why you are contracting your muscles hard and then are surprised they twitch afterward. (until the twitching comes down to baseline twitching).

If you are experiencing baseline twitching constantly, that I have read in several of your posts, why are you purposefully taking actions that will cause the twitching to intensify? I am sorry, I guess I have missed the boat and just don't understand your post.

Please forgive me lack of understanding.[/QUOTE]

I didn't do this on purpose... A few months ago I woke up and felt really tight so I did a big stretch ( stiffened my arms and legs to stretch, Like s typical one time stretch people do when they wake up) My legs didn't relax, they stayed contracted then "deflated " like balloons and went crazy on the twitching. I don't like to know how bad things are for me so I try to not do anything that aggravates my condition but every once in a while I do this stretch when I wake up without thinking (done this my whole life so sometimes I do it out of habit). I've done it two days in a row now and it's just been on my mind. I should have been more clear and stated that I don't go around doing this on purpose.
