Whoa, you need to slow down. Recovery isn't a linear path you will get set backs, the brain takes a long time to heal, months. Knowing the warning signs on when to take your foot off the gas is key. Rest for a couple of days you will better it sounds like your brain is over loaded with stimulation.

The symptoms you describe are normal for PCS, I've had them and still feel wiped out if I do too much even now.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
