Welcome! There have been times when I have had a sz. and I fall and hit the floor and I'm out of it for a couple of minutes and I'm sore afterwards.
If you are having arm and chest pain it could be a problem with your heart also and that in turn can sometimes trigger sz. My advice to you is to see your Dr. immediately and have them do a E.K.G. and an MRI on you to make sure nothing more is going on inside your heart and brain.
