The older black ferrite magnets do not work. That is my opinion.
These are responsible for the negative reviews and experiences
with "magnets".
I only use neodymium ones... they work in minutes for me.
Therefore I don't need to wear them ...I just use them for 20 minutes or so in bed to the affected area. You have to place them along a nerve path that is serving your painful area. Use an anatomy chart to help you decide where to put one.
Lidoderm patches and magnets need careful placement to work. The magnets have to be very strong to penetrate tissue.
Dr. Holcomb used neodymiums only.
