You need to continue with supporting your GI tract.

Clindamycin is especially hard on the beneficial organisms.

Taking some benfotiamine (or Thiamine daily) may help get rid of the aldehydes the Candida dumps into your system.
300mg a day of benfotiamine to start, or 300mg thiamine in divided doses for at least a month. You may see some improvement with that too.
